One key to my success with maintaining a healthy body is being conscious of what I'm putting into it, and the calories that I'm burning. I discovered an amazing website that is *FREE*, that has so many valuable tools! It starts off by figuring out how many calories you should be consuming a day to either lose weight, maintain, or gain. It takes into account your age, weight, and sex to compute your daily consumption. There is a calorie intake tracker with every food you can imagine, there is also a fitness tracker that tracks what you've done-- not just exercising but everyday events such as child care, cleaning, soccer, and many many more. There are also articles on nutrition, exercise, and ways to be healthy. One of my favorite things is to log what I did at the gym that morning and watch how many calories I burned! It also keeps track of your weight for you, your BMI, AND measurements! This is really my favorite website and want am grateful to have such a great tool at my fingertips!
